This version of jumbo josh appears in Garten of Banban Reincarnated. He has been changed into being a chef, and instead of appearing on an elevator, has appeared in a pit after the player falls through the floor after Opilia Bird's chase. This version of Josh has a chef outfit, complete with the hat and gloves. His face is melting off, revealing a bloodied skeleton with a single glowing dot inside on of the eyes. He has decayed for 7 years.
